Set-up will be available on Friday evening from 7:00pm – 10pm. The building will also be open at 8:00am on Saturday. Set-up must be done by 11am for final safety checks. Doors open to public at 12pm.
Each vendor will be given lunch by our volunteers. If you get hungry, just grab a volunteer and we will get you some food.

Hotel rooms are available at the event. Coco Key has generously offered rooms at $80 and this rate includes 5 water resort passes and late check out. This rate is valid for both Friday and Saturday nights.
All proceeds from this event go directly to our educational outreach programs.

Coco Key will be hosting a fun Friday evening for those staying with them. The kids will enjoy water park games and activities. Parents can enjoy the cash bar.
Saturday we will be hosting Newport Aquarium Traveling shark tank, Divers from Newport, Cincinnati Zoo and Reef Expeditions. We will have games, crafts and activities for the kids in the lobby. Family Raffles too!
